Contrary to the modern idea that “recreational” activities are separate and less-than the more “serious” pursuits in life, I put recreation at the center of my work as a social impact consultant.
People coming together—to create and to re-create—through artistic and athletic movement has been building community for millennia and it’s how we can put energy back into our communities and social movements today.
